Feedra initially will provide official SDKs for TypeScript, Flutter, Golang and Rust. For Swift and Kotlin by Q1 2026. Additional SDKs for other languages may be released based on user demand in the future.
Feedra uses GitHub OAuth to securely connect to your repositories. Once connected, you can convert any feedback item into a GitHub issue with one click. The feedback title becomes the issue title, the description becomes the body, and feedback types are automatically mapped to GitHub labels.
It depends on how you want to collect feedback. You can use our REST API directly (no installation), integrate our SDKs (installing a package), or embed our widget with a single script tag. Choose the method that fits your workflow best.
Yes. Feedra supports anonymous feedback submissions by default. You do not need to collect or send any user identification unless you explicitly want to include it in your implementation.
Feedra is focused on collecting feedback and converting it into actionable GitHub issues, not building public roadmaps or voting systems. It is designed for developer-led teams who want feedback to flow directly into their existing workflow, not to manage customer-facing feature requests.
The free plan supports 1 repository. Pro and Team plans allow you to connect multiple repositories and choose which repository to convert feedback into on a per-item basis.
Yes, you can do basic customization (button position, colors). For most advanced use cases we recommend using the SDK or REST API to build your own feedback form that matches your app design and workflow.
Once converted, the feedback item in your Feedra dashboard is marked as converted and displays a link to the GitHub issue. The original feedback remains in your dashboard for reference and audit purposes.
Not yet. Feedra currently focuses on GitHub integration to deliver the best possible experience for GitHub-first teams. Support for GitLab, Trello, and Jira is planned to roll out by Q1 and Q2 2026. More integrations may be added based on user demand.
Feedra is not a support tool, it is a feedback pipeline. It is designed to capture product feedback (bugs, feature requests, ideas) and turn them into actionable work items, not to manage support tickets or conversations. Use it alongside your support tools, not as a replacement.
